The Society of Flavor Chemists will hold its 458^th annual meeting on October 20, 2022, from 11:30 a.m.–6 p.m. CST at the Chicago Marriott Northwest in Illinois.

The conference will cover a range of topics from mouthfeel, modifiers, modulators, flavor trends and more.

Registration is now available on Eventbrite and Zoom, for those who cannot make it in person, but would like to attend the business meeting.

Admission is $80.00 for members and non-members, and $40.00 for emeritus, unemployed and students.
