The Society of Flavor Chemists will hold its February 2022 SFC Virtual Meeting on February 24, 2022, from 2 p.m.-5 p.m. EST via Zoom.

The agenda for the meeting includes:
- 2 p.m.–3 p.m. Nancy E. Rawson, Ph.D., associate director and vice president, Monell Chemical Senses Center presenting, “Taste and Smell Loss in the Post-COVID Era: The Changing Face of Flavor Perception.”
- 3 p.m.–3:30 p.m. John B. Hallagan, J.D. senior advisor, Flavor and Extract Manufacturers Association of the U.S. presenting, “Crossroads of Creativity and Regulations: communicating for flavor development."
- 3:30 p.m.–4 p.m. Ari Gastman, principal flavorist Global Citrus at Firmenich and Matt Bambrick, vice president of Regulatory Affairs at Doehler NA presenting, “Open forum regarding collaboration of regulatory and flavorists.”
- 4 p.m.–5 p.m. SFC business meeting via Zoom.
