WFFC Cincinnati to Host Flavor Development in Cheese Event

WFFC Cincinnati will host,  A Deep Dive Into the Nuances of Flavor Development in Cheesemaking. The conference focused on the world of artisanal cheese where guests can learn about how fermentation, with the assistance of cheese cultures and time, contributes to flavor development in cheese. There will also be a cheese tasting where each guest will receive an individual tasting plate as well as their choice from a selection of beer and wines.

The event will be held on April 27, 2022, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Urban Stead Cheese in Cincinnati, Ohio. Admission for members and subscribers is $65, and $75 for non-members and guests.

The schedule is as follows:

  • 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.: Happy hour and networking
  • 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.: Cheese tasting and presentation by co-founders of Urban Stead Cheese, Andrea Siefring-Robbins and Cheesemaker Scott Robbins
