In conjunction with the Society of Flavor Chemists and National Association of Flavors & Food Ingredient Systems (NAFFS), the Chemical Sources Association (CSA) is holding the 11th Annual West Coast Flavor Industry Forum at the Crowne Plaza Anaheim Resort in Garden Grove, California, on March 10, 2011.
Registration can be made through the NAFFS website, and the event’s speakers will include John Hallagan, general counsel for FEMA, discussing natural flavoring laws and how these regulations are changing; Gwendolyn Wyard, processing program technical specialist for Oregon Tilth, presenting on organic and organic compliant/compatible flavors; and a Q&A panel moderated by Tony Moore, chief flavorist with Flavor Producers.
