Flavorcon 2022 is just around the corner! Perfumer & Flavorist+ (P&F+) has compiled a line-up of sessions that are sure to wow for the return of this two-day event.
Scheduled for November 9-10 in Cincinnati, OH, flavor experts will assemble from around the world to discover the latest insights from industry professionals.
Leading up to Flavorcon, we will share session and speaker details. One of which is “The Mystique Behind Neglected & Noble Naturals,” featuring Marie Wright (ADM) and P&F+ columnist and author John Wright.
Noble, natural raw materials have rich historical significance and can add crucial creative depth and intrigue to new product development. However, they’re often overlooked. During an interactive session, Marie and John will bring these noble naturals to the forefront, describing their unique profiles and properties. They will highlight about a dozen fragrances and flavors, such as black currant buds, relating molecular composition to their glorious character and sharing intriguing facts about each raw material. For a fully immersive discussion, session attendees will have an opportunity to evaluate each natural alongside Marie and John.
