The Society of Flavor Chemists, Inc. (SFC) is pleased to announce its upcoming “Flavor Symposium,” to be held October 8–9, 2014. This year’s theme is “State of the Flavor Industry after 60 Years.”
Conference Topics
We are delighted and excited to offer you this theme, which traces 60 years of the history of the SFC. In addition, this year’s symposium will present an expert panel of well-seasoned experts—attendees will be invited to ask questions.
The event will have hands-on workshops in rotation so that all symposium attendees get a chance to participate in each activity. Participants will learn about flavor labeling and compounds with flavo-modifying properties (FMP).
