David Michael's Flavor Seminar

David Michael de Mexico SA de CV has announced that its 12th Annual International Flavor Seminar will be held on February 28 at Hotel Camino Real, Mexico City. This year's theme is, "Flavor as a Multisensory Experience." Attendees will experience how each sense—scent, memory, sight, sound and emotion—contribute to a product. Sessions will cover technical, commercial and marketing topics, while focusing on future product development. Jorge Piedad (flavor chemist) will discuss how two flavors can look identical but taste very different, while Paulina Martinez (applications manager) will explore color and texture. Lastly, Eduardo Villagomez (account --manager) will discuss multisensory branding and how it helps to establish an emotional connection between a brand and the consumer. Attendance is free, but space is limited. For more information contact Denise Fabre; tel: 52-55-1204-3494; e-mail: [email protected]; www.dmflavors.com.
