Mane Launches First Photography Competition: Capture What Moves

Mane has announced its first photography competition: Capture What Moves, in support of young creative talent. The theme of the competition is capturing the emotions generated by the senses of smell and taste. This contest is open to young graduates of art and photography schools and runs from January 12 through March 8, 2024. 

Results are scheduled to be announced on April 8, 2024. 

The winner of each category will receive a €2,000 prize and the grand prize winner will be commissioned with the photo shoot of Mane's next corporate campaign. In addition to this award, one or more of the best photo series selected by the jury will be published on the dedicated competition website and Instagram.

The jury will assess the submitted works based on creativity, relevance to the category theme and visual impact in line with Mane’s values.

Guidelines

  • Contestants must be 18 years of age or older and have graduated from an art or photography school within the last five years.
  • To enter, they must complete the competition entry form and send a series of at least three photographs per category, to be received no later than 23h59 (11:59 p.m.) CET on March 8, 2024, via the website www.capturewhatmoves.com.
  • Photographers are welcome to compete in one or more categories, without size/format restrictions, and to present their interpretation of the impact that flavors, fragrances and nature have on the senses and emotions.
  • Only original works will be accepted: works produced for other clients or previous orders will not be considered and the use of artificial intelligence is prohibited.
