Cosmo International Fragrances received the Best Natural Ingredient for Fragrance Award at the 2023 Barcelona Perfumery Congress for its exclusive Myrtle Inca Essence.
Originating from the landscape of the Cusco Region of Peru, the ingredient is said to have been created through an exclusive and sustainable partnership with local Quechua women and is being used today for the first time in perfumery.
The development of Myrtle Inca Essence involved a collaborative effort between Cosmo's Natural Ingredients teams in Peru and France and the Quechua Women's Association.
