On February 20, 2025, International Flavours & Fragrances (IFF) announced changes to its executive leadership team. Effective March 1, Simon Herriott will step down as president of health and biosciences, and Leticia Gonçalves will join IFF as president of health and biosciences.

Gonçalves most recently served as ADM’s president of precision fermentation and ADM Ventures. She has held leadership roles at various companies in Brazil, Europe and the United States. Gonçalves also led ADM’s specialty ingredients and foods business, which focused on innovation to maximize value creation across food security and supply chain resilience initiatives.

“We’re excited to welcome Leticia to IFF,” said chief executive officer Erik Fyrwald. “Her extensive experience driving P&L growth in innovation-led businesses and accelerating high-performing teams — coupled with her knowledge of our end markets — will be a great addition to our leadership team.”

Additionally, Andy Muller will join the executive leadership team as president of food ingredients. Muller joined IFF in December 2024 and has experience working in bakery, meat, dairy, confectionery, beverages, pet food, and biochemicals.

“Andy’s deep experience in food ingredients and knowledge of our business will support our focus to deliver growth in our specialty ingredients business and increased value to our customers. We’re excited to have him on board as we continue to grow and innovate.”

Further, Yuvraj Arora has assumed the role of president, taste and chief commercial officer.
