IFF's Board Approves Quarterly Cash Dividend

International Flavors & Fragrances Inc.'s (IFF) board has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 39 cents a share of the company's common stock, payable on April 8, 2014 to shareholders of record as of March 27, 2014.
