International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. (IFF) has named Michael Ducker to the company’s board of directors, effective immediately.
With the addition of Ducker, IFF's board now consists of 12 independent members as well as Andreas Fibig, IFF's CEO, for a total of 13 directors.
Ducker began his career with FedEx where he has served in a variety of global positions, most recently as COO and president, international, for FedEx Express. He also serves on the advisory committee for Trade Policy and Negotiations for the Obama administration, serves as chairman of the International Policy Committee, serves as vice chairman and executive committee member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the board of directors for Amway Corporation and serves on the National Advisory Board of the Salvation Army.
