GSB & Associates, Inc., Flavor Creators appointed Charles G. Purcell as its director of research and development. Purcell is a member of the Institute of Food Technologists and has worked in the food and beverage industry since 1977.
"Charles brings a tremendous amount of talent to the technical services side of GSB in being able to develop exceptional prototypes to demonstrate the uniqueness of GSB Flavor Creators,” says president Eugene Buday.
