Flavorcon has officially opened registration for its 2019 event.
This year, Flavorcon will take place from Nov. 11-12, 2019 at the Duke Energy Convention Center in Cincinnati, Ohio, and will feature an interactive program designed for flavor scientists, flavorists, product developer and consumer packaging goods companies. Some of the confirmed speakers for this year include:
- John Wright, independent flavorist and author of Flavor Creation, will host a masterclass on wine and flavor and explore the chemistry of great wine and how the location, the grape, the winemaker and other factors impact its taste.
- Dave Pirazzini, senior manager of innovation for REBBL, will be presenting "Clean Label Innovation: Functionality and Flavor without Compromise," where he will share his experience of creating clean and flavorful products.
- Travis Houston, sensory specialist for Rhinegeist Brewery, will present "Crafting New Flavors in Beer Using Traditional Ingredients" and explore how centuries-old techniques and new processes are creating an array of beer flavors with just water, malt, hops and yeast.
In addition, Flavorcon will be returning the Innovation Stage and exhibition hall with some of the top flavor suppliers and manufactures. To guarantee the lowest possible rate, register today.
