The FlavourTalk Exhibition will take place on March 13, 2019, followed by the FlavourTalk Conference on 14th March. The keynote speaker for the conference is Professor Andy Taylor of Flavometrix and University of Nottingham who will address the topic ‘Mars and back – the role of flavors.'
