Ingredient supplier Prinova announced the acquisition of Brazilian ingredient distributor Aplinova.
Founded in 1987, Aplinova is based in São Paulo, Brazil, and is a leading provider of specialty ingredients for the food, beverage, supplements and personal care markets. The company recently opened a new facility in Jundiaí centered on driving growth while maintaining higher sustainability standards. The current focus areas include natural flavors, customizations for health and wellness and expert solutions for sugar reduction.
