As we creep toward the close of 2024, Perfumer & Flavorist+ has launched its taste and scent themes for 2025 (page XX). With this in mind, I wanted to put a call out to flavor and fragrance professionals to weigh in on trends, topics, white space, segments, or even ingredients that are exciting them. I'm looking for fresh voices to pen articles for the coming year or be open to a conversation about the evolving F&F industry.
2025 marks my fourth year as the managing editor for Perfumer & Flavorist+ and the first anniversary of being introduced to the intricate ecosystem that is the flavor and fragrance industry. I know that I still have so much to learn and my job is to tell the story of the makers, companies, and technicians behind the growth of the industry. Are you that voice?

- A high-level and layman's breakdown of the state of labeling
