Wild Flavors GmbH announced it has completed the acquisition of certain assets of A.M. Todd Ingredients and Flavors. Included in the transaction is A.M. Todd’s natural mint business, and its science and technologies for the development and production of organic flavors, natural ingredients and plant extracts.
“With the addition of A.M. Todd’s product portfolio, Wild will be able to combine the advantages of natural mint oils with its specialized technologies in health ingredients, colors, taste modification and flavors to provide innovative and natural solutions to existing and new customer groups,” commented Michael Ponder, CEO of Wild Flavors.
Also, according to Wild Flavors’ COO Erik Donhowe, “The acquisition will provide both companies the availability of greater resources, increased creativity and broader product lines resulting in new natural ingredients and product concepts, to significantly increase our customers’ successes.”
