We work closely with customers from conception to their final products, developing new flavors to ensure consumer satisfaction. We support major food and beverage companies with local solutions, including beverages, dairy, baked goods, savory foods, pet food and plant-based products.
Our passion for the science and emotion of food extends from discovery to customer applications to the end-consumer experience. This includes drinks with little or no sugar; dairy products with consumer-preferred mouthfeel; succulent savory bites; and nutritious plant-based alternatives.
Recent product launches include oat and soy drinks with better mouthfeel and authentic dairy taste and plant-based tuna sandwich fillings. By creating products that are both nutritious and environmentally friendly, we can contribute to a more sustainable future.

Currently, about 80% of healthcare budgets are spent on curing illnesses, which means society waits for people to become ill before thinking about how to treat them. This approach is not sustainable, and governments and insurers are starting to recognize the importance of preventative healthcare. The shift could see this market’s growth rate accelerate from 20% to 50%. It's also worth noting that 80% of healthcare costs are incurred during the last 10 years of a person's life, a stark reminder of the need for change.
