NAFFS Winter Meeting 'A Taste of Innovation by Bacardi'

Registration and a networking breakfast begins at 8:30 a.m. The program will kick off with a live demonstration at 10 a.m. where Andy del Rosal, vice president & managing director and Shelley Menzi, senior beverage scientist of Bacardi-Martini Product Development will demonstrate how Bacardi innovation occurs on three different levels. Attendees will be able to see, feel and taste how these ideas come to life as the speakers offer insight into brand development, ingredient selection and trends.
