The Flavor Research and Education Center is offering a three-day hands-on workshop on basic flavor systems. Participants will learn about flavoring materials and how flavorings are created. They will gain the knowledge and vocabulary to better communicate needs and problems to flavor industry specialists and will be introduced to a wide variety of materials used in food flavors.
