NAFFS will hold its annual winter meeting for manufacturers, processors, and suppliers of fruits, flavors, syrups and related food ingredients as well as service providers from those industries. The agenda features the talk Predictions and Risk Mitigation for an Ominous 2023 Cybersecurity Landscape, presented by Karen Painter Randall with the law firm of Connell Foley as well as a presentation on How Tastants Affect the Flavor of Wine from Dolf DeRovira, president of Flavor Dynamics.
