We will gather to enjoy an evening with a panel of speakers from Mane, Inc. (Senior Food Technologist, Chris Tucker), French’s Food Company (Director of Culinary, Chef Trip Kadey), and Givaudan (Development Chefs, Lindsay Bellegia and Lynn Chow). The speakers will discuss the components of BBQ along with new and different uses, as well as trends. Dinner will be catered by Eli’s BBQ which was ranked the 3rd best BBQ in the country for 2016. This will be an opportunity to learn from the experts and kick of the summer with a BBQ bang!
