The taste of natural trans-2-trans-4-hexadienal can be described as sweet and green, with dragonfruit and fresh melon nuances. It occurs naturally in dill, grape, guava, peas, strawberry, tea and tomato. trans-2-trans-4-Hexadienal can be used in various fruit flavors such as cherry, apple, dragonfruit and other tropical flavors. Use at 0.01 ppm–1 ppm as consumed. EU and U.S. Natural. Kosher, vegetarian and non-GMO.
