There will be a presentation by the 2015 Jogue Scholarship winner Mei Song. Mei is a doctoral student at Oregon State University and her current project is on Analysis of Chiral Monoterpenes in White Wine by HS-SPME-MDGC-MS. There will also be a group of speakers that will focus on the Dairy industry. A block of Standard rooms are being held until December 31, 2016 at the rate of $175 plus tax.
