Natural Advantage
Natural Advantage introduces Natural p-Cresol (FEMA# 2337; CAS# 106-44-5). p-Cresol has a smoky, tarry, animal-like character. It is used in butter, cheese, milk, rum, smoke, vanilla, whiskey and floral flavors. p-Cresol is the most potent of the three isomers and is found in black currant, butter, coffee, cheese, roasted Filbert, tobacco, rum, whiskey and wine. It is soluble in alcohol, oil, PG and water. The use rate in consumer products is at 0.001 ppm-0.5 ppm p-Cresol, Natural is EU and U.S. Natural, Kosher, Non-GMO, and vegetarian.
