2,4-Decadienal
Natural Advantage introduces 2,4-Decadienal (CAS# 25152-84-5, FEMA# 3135 ). 2,4-Decadienal occurs naturally in cooked beef, fish, potato chips and roasted peanuts. It gives the deep fat flavor of chicken, beef, potato chips and French fries. It can also be used in grapefruit.
