2-Ethyl-3,5(6)-dimetylpyrazine (FEMA# 3149, CAS# 27043-05-6) naturally occurs in both burley and Virginia tobacco, cocoa products, coffee, cooked beef, Swiss cheese, peanuts and roasted barley. This product will fit into almost any flavor that has roasted and/or toasted qualities, including popcorn, meat, creamy mouthfeel, hazelnut, chocolate and coffee.
