About the Trainer:
Penny Williams has 25 years practical experience in the fragrance industry including creative perfumery and regulatory affairs. She is an active consultant throughout the fragrance supply chain including ingredient producers, fragrance houses, product manufacturers and retailers. Penny is a full member of the British Society of Perfumers, Vice Chairperson on the IFRA UK Technical Advisory Group and member of the IFRA GHS Task Force.
