2018 Summer Committee Meetings & Flavor Labeling Workshop

FEMA will host a Flavor Labeling Workshop that will precede the joint committee meetings on June 19. The workshop will address the interpretation and application of FDA’s flavor and food labeling regulations, and will focus on the appropriate use and labeling of flavors and foods containing FMPs.
