WFFC invites you to join us for an evening of cold brew coffee and Cuban food from Cuban Pete's. We will explore the world of cold brew coffee from its beginnings in a coffee house to bottled coffee at the supermarket. Tony Moore of Flavor Producers will discuss the effects of the cold brew process on the finished product as well as the intricacies of ingredients and labeling in the industry. In addition to Tony Moore, we will also hear from Les Stoneham, founder of Deeper Roots Coffee in Cincinnati. We will finish with an open discussion of the future trends of coffee flavors - spices, smokes, etc. There will be plenty of coffee and Cuban food to go around!
