Food Volatilomics and Sensomics Group, Faculty of Food Science and Nutrition and Poznań University of Life Sciences will be hosting an international conference called “Challenges in food flavour and volatile compounds analysis” on September 22 and 23, 2022.
Registration deadline is July 20. Submission of abstracts (oral/poster) July 20.
The conference is addressed to all academic scientists, young and experienced, R&D researchers, Ph.D. students interested in the latest developments in techniques to investigate volatile and flavor compounds in food.
