Society of Flavor Chemists - Ohio Meeting

The next meeting for the Society of Flavor Chemists will be held on April 20, 2017 at the historic Hilton Netherland Plaza Hotel, 35 West Fifth Street, Cincinnati OH. Presentations include "Vanilla, Flower to Flavor" by Nash Lalani (Sentrex), "Chocolate, Bean to Bar" by Paul Picton, Maverick Chocolate, and "Rum to Yum" by the 2017 SFC Jaggard Scholarship winner, Chelsea Ickes. The meeting is followed by the SFC business meeting and a Cocktail reception.
