Bell Flavors and Fragrances has been named one of the 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in the Nation by the National Association for Business Resources. The Midwestern-based company was recognized for its employee satisfaction and human resources strategy in 2016 as well.

Bell was evaluated by an independent research firm on its human resources practices based on ten different categories. The criteria include compensation, benefits and employee solutions, engagement and retention, employee education and development, employee achievement and recognition, communication and shared vision, diversity and inclusion, work-life balance, community initiatives and strategic company performance.

“Being named one of the 'Best and Brightest Companies to Work For' in the country, and achieving that honor consistently, is a statement by Bell employees regarding their connection to our business,” said Jesse Finkelman, human resource director at Bell. “The Best and Brightest distinction means so much because it is a by-employees, for-employees process. As a daily practice, we recognize our employees and their go-the-extra-mile achievements and contributions, and they in turn recognize Bell.”
