Bell Flavors & Fragrances Announces Promotions

Bell Flavors & Fragrances has announced several promotions and a new hire at its Northbrook, IL headquarters.

Sandy Yu, who has been with the company for three years, has been promoted to regulatory affairs supervisor. Recently, Yu completed a course in US regulations from Michigan State University’s Institute for food law and regulation graduate program.

Debbie Goschy has been promoted to regulatory affairs manager; she has been a member of the company’s regulatory team for five years. Goschy began her 20-year career in the flavor and fragrance industry at Bell.

Ya Ling Tsen has been promoted to the role of regulatory compliance specialist. Tsen has been with the company for nine years, working with its international customers and colleagues supporting raw material data management and SDS as a database administrator.

Tracy Grossman, who began working in Bell’s customer service department in 2011, has been promoted to the role of purchasing agent. In her new role, Bell—who began working in the purchasing team as a coordinator in 2016—will focus sourcing.

The company also welcomed Jordan Hill as its newest team member. Hill will work as a culinary applications technologist on the company’s culinary applications team. He is a member of the Research Chefs Association, ACF, IFT and AACT.
