Koumalactone 10% TEC

Featuring lactonic and phenolic notes, Firmenich's Koumalactone 10% TEC (FEMA# 4032, CAS# 92015-65-1) also has odor characteristics of coumarin and tonka, with a natural tobacco effect. In applications, it can be added to enhance or replace coumarin, although it has a much more significant strength and should dosed 10 times less than coumarin.
