This article reviews the results of several, including: hydrocarbons characterized in the leaf headspace; the chiral analysis of five constituents found in the headspace; GC/MS findings in a commercial sample of carrot seed oil; GC-FID and GC/MS analyses of oils from ‘Perfkcja,’ ‘Koral’ and ‘Dolanka’ cultivars; and others.
