Joanna (Jo) Clarke is Vice President for Research & Development at Procter & Gamble with career spanning three decades across three continents in every category of the Fabric & Home Care Sector. She has a track record of constructive disruptions that helps reinvent categories and re-imagine businesses. Over the past five years Clarke has led the Perfume Design and Scent Innovation Organization in P&G, where her efforts helped transform how scent can be used as a growth strategy across businesses

Rafael Trujillo

Rafael Trujillo, R&D Vice President | Master Perfumer at Procter and Gamble

Rafael Trujillo is a Master Perfumer with 35 years experience creating fragrances and delivery technologies for P&G. Trujillo has developed global iconic fragrances for products like Tide, Gain, Ariel, Downy, Lenor, Head and Shoulders, Old Spice, Febreze, Dawn, Olay and other P&G megabrands around the world. He has won several industry awards including the 2005 Perfumer’s Choice Award for Best Laundry Fabric Care (Tide with a Touch of Downy April Fresh), 2008 Perfumer’s Choice Award for Best Laundry Detergent Fragrance (Tide with Febreze Meadows and Rain), and the 2011 P&G Fragrance of the Year Award for Downy/Lenor Asia.
