Global Essence (Freehold, NJ) has opened Global Essence France (Sophia-Antipolis, France). In addition, the company has hired Mary Jo Piekarz as director of client development for the new French branch. Piekarz has more than 20 years of experience in the industry, previously with Quest and Mane.
