Gilroy Foods and Flavors (Omaha, Nebraska) has appointed Jerome Lombardo senior principal scientist for its Cranbury, New Jersey facility. Lombardo is responsible for the development of cutting-edge flavor keys for the company’s line of meat and savory flavor varieties. He was previously with Firmenich, Givaudan, FIS-Nestle, Wynn Starr Flavors and Dragoco (now Symrise).
