IFF Launches Global Chef Blog

Sharing culinary insights and observations, trends, travel notes, and much information, International Flavors & Fragrances Inc.’s (IFF; New York) new blog, “A Taste of CulinEssence” (www.culinessence.com) serves as a forum for its CulinEssence team to interact with an external audience.

“The CulinEssence Team is made up of professional chefs and culinary ambassadors who are absolutely passionate about food and taste, and when you have that level of passion, it is natural to want to share it with a broader audience,” says master chef Florian Webhofer.

Executive chef Kevin McDermott adds, “In addition to trends, news, links, and recipes, this blog gives us a place to talk about other interesting stories that happen at IFF that we think our customers would enjoy hearing about.”
