Carmi Builds $1.4 Million Warehouse Facility

Carmi Flavor and Fragrance Company, which has facilities in Waverly, IA, is now reportedly constructing an additional 3,4000-square-foot warehouse facility. 

According to a KKWL news report, the new warehouse is located in the city's Northwest Industrial Park and will add at least two full-time employees.

The $1.4 million facility will allow Carmi to build equipment for making its products, along with trucks for shipping them. The expansion was made possible by financial incentives offered by the city, based on tax increment financing dollars.
