Wild Flavors Acquires Cargill's Global Juice Cold Blends Ops

Wild Flavors GmbH (Zug, Switzerland) has completed its acquisition of Cargill’s (Minneapolis) global juice cold blends and compounds business in a move to broaden its product portfolio and meet demand in key geographic areas.

The acquisition, which was previously announced, adds a global network of three production and storage facilities with direct sea access in Japan, the Netherlands and the United States to Wild Flavors’ existing operations.
