Azelis has purchased S. Black Ltd., adding to its network of 33 European companies. The move strengthens Azelis’ competencies in the personal care and food sectors, while S. Black will now have a stronger European presence. S. Black will remain intact and retains its name.
Of the move, S. Black managing director Neil Berry said, “It was of prime importance to find a forward-thinking, dynamic partner that would keep S. Black’s reputation and identity intact, whilst providing the platform for increased geographic growth, and the benefits of being part of a pan-European organization.”
