WILD Prepares to Go Public

Hans Peter Wild, owner and chairman of WILD (Heidelberg-Eppelheim, Germany), has announced the intention to take the company public in two years. In order to do this, Wild plans to restructure the company to enable future development independent from his current ownership position. This means, for example, the introduction of the Oracle software throughout Europe and also the introduction of the IFRS Accounting Standards.

Of the decision, Wild explains that his “main concern is to secure the future of the company, which my parents founded in 1931 and that I have further developed into a successful international enterprise.”
