A.M. Todd (Kalamazoo, MI) has purchased a 50,000-square-foot building on 5.5 acres just north of Cincinnati. The company expects to complete the move by June 30, 2008.
Of the acquisition, A.M. Todd president of the Ingredients and Flavor division Ray Hughes said, “This facility, once renovated to meet our needs, provides answers for both our short-term and long-term growth requirements. Over the next few months we will transition sales, administration, customer service and operations from the former Moore Ingredients site to the new ‘organically-certified’ location. In addition, we will begin to consolidate a number of activities, currently handled by outside service providers, into our new address.”
