Seven Scent Creates Scent for Stage Event

Posted: October 21, 2013

Seven Scent has created a fragrance inspired by the earthy smells of the jungle for a multisensory family concert led by the world famous U.K.-based Hallé Orchestra.

Based on the children's book "Rumble in the Jungle" by Giles Andreae and David Wojtowycz, the  event "aims to encourage young children to explore the sights and smells of the jungle through music, drama and movement."

Seven describes the project as follows:

Fifteen musicians will transform themselves into jungle animals to play music written for the event by the Hallé's education director, Steve Pickett, as well as recite poetry, act, sing and dance. Seven’s fragrance provides a backdrop to this narrative; evoking the invigorating, lush foliage of the forest combined with its damp, heavy undertones, it will be sprayed on the vibrant scenery to help capture the audience's imagination and transport them to an altogether different environment.

Mark your calendars for the 2014 World Perfumery Congress, June 10–12, 2014 in Deauville, France!
