The Flavor and Extract Manufacturers Association (FEMA) released its GRAS 26 list in 2013. Here, the authors present a table of the ingredients, descriptions and structures, of glucosyl steviol glycosides; stevia extract, enzymatically modified, Isomenthol; dl-isomenthol; (±)-isomenthol,Ethyl S-(1- methoxyhexan-3- yl) carbonothioate; O-ethyl S-(1-methoxyhexan-3- yl) carbonothioate and more.
