Synergy Launches Natural Tomato Flavorings

Synergy has developed a line of natural tomato flavorings for soups and sauces, savory snacks, juices and breads. The new line is based on the company’s sensory study and consumer insights, and includes salad, sun-kissed and sun-dried tomato, tomato ketchup, purée, and soup profiles.
Of the new flavorings, Donna Rose, customer marketing manager at Synergy, said, “Synergy’s research into tomato profiles has allowed us to develop flavorings that perfectly recreate complex tastes for consumers to enjoy, while cutting time and costs for the manufacturer.” The flavorings can also be combined with the company’s saporesse lactic or brewers yeast extracts for more creamy or sun-dried flavors.
