The Flavor and Extract Manufacturers’ Association (FEMA) will conduct its 40th Annual Fall Symposium on Oct. 27–28, 2009, at the Bridgewater Marriott, New Jersey. Event speakers include William Mason, managing director, The Hale Group; Barb Stuckey, executive vice president of marketing, Mattson; Victoria Spadaro-Grant, leader, Global Gum & Candy Science & Technology, Cadbury Adams; Marc Lower, head of innovations, Daymon Worldwide; and Gary Beauchamp, director, president of the Monell Chemical Senses Center and FEMA Excellence in Science award winner.
